No sales call required. We reply by email.

Truck driver recruiting at Lone Crest Media is a monthly program that brings CDL applicants to one carrier. We run recruiting ads in your hiring area, send drivers to a mobile application on a recruiting site we build for you, text every applicant within 60 seconds, and screen them against your requirements (experience, endorsements, hiring area, home time) before they reach your recruiter. Applicants are exclusive to you.
What you get

Driver leads that belong to you, not a shared list

Many driver lead vendors sell the same applicant to several carriers. The first recruiter to call wins. We don't run that model.

01

Exclusive applicants

Your drivers go to you only. Never resold to the carrier down the road.

02

Contact in 60 seconds

Every applicant gets a text the moment they apply, before another recruiter reaches them.

03

Screened to your rules

Experience, endorsements, hiring area, home time and lanes. You only talk to drivers you'd hire.

04

Ads drivers trust

Real pay, real home time and real drivers on video. Not another “CDL-A DRIVERS WANTED!!!”

Included in every recruiting program

  • A recruiting website built for your company
  • Google Business Profile set up so drivers can find you
  • Daily job posting to keep your openings in front of drivers
  • Recruiting ads targeted to your hiring area
  • Driver-focused copy written by people who know trucking
  • Monthly reporting on applications, cost per applicant and hires

For carriers hiring at scale

  • Multi-terminal and multi-region campaigns
  • Applicant follow-up handled for you
  • Recruiting video shot with your drivers
  • Referral program setup and promotion
  • Applicant tracking connected to your existing tools

Every program is quoted after a free breakdown. We don't publish a one-size price because your hiring area and seat count change the math.

Speed wins

Your driver applied to ten carriers today. The first one to reach him gets him.

Drivers apply to a stack of jobs at once and go with whoever calls first. If your recruiter calls back tomorrow, that driver may already have an orientation date somewhere else.

So every applicant gets a text within 60 seconds, answers a few screening questions, and lands with your recruiter warmed up and ready to talk.

Empty-seat math

What are idle trucks costing you?

Put in your own numbers. This is napkin math, not accounting, but it makes the point.

Use your own revenue per truck. It varies a lot by equipment and lane.

$0Revenue lost while those seats are open
$0Lost per week
$0Lost per month
$0If those seats stayed empty for a year
Built by people who've worked the desk

Your marketing agency has never dispatched a truck. We have.

When a driver asks a real trucking question, the answer decides whether they apply.

Compare

A recruiting program vs. a pay-per-hire recruiter

Pay-per-hire can make sense for one hard-to-fill seat. It's a different product from a recruiting system you own.

FAQ

Driver recruiting questions

How does Lone Crest Media recruit truck drivers?

We run driver recruiting ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and job sites in your hiring area, built around your real pay, home time and equipment. Drivers apply on a short mobile form, get a text from us within 60 seconds, and are screened against your hiring rules before they reach your recruiter.

Are the driver leads exclusive?

Yes. Applicants from your campaigns go to your company only. We don't resell them to other carriers, which is how many lead vendors operate.

Why does contacting an applicant within 60 seconds matter?

Drivers often apply to several carriers at once and go with whoever reaches them first. If your recruiter calls back the next day, that driver may already have an orientation date somewhere else.

What kind of drivers can you recruit?

OTR, regional, dedicated, local and home-daily CDL-A drivers, team drivers, and owner-operators. Campaigns are built around the driver type, endorsements and experience you hire.

How is this different from a pay-per-hire recruiter?

A pay-per-hire recruiter charges a fee each time a driver is seated, and you own nothing afterward. Our recruiting is a monthly marketing program. You keep the recruiting website, the Google listing, the ad accounts and the applicant data.

How much does driver recruiting cost?

It depends on how many seats you need to fill, your hiring area and the driver type. Send us your open seats and lanes, and we'll come back with a free breakdown and a quote.

Do new FMCSA rules affect driver recruiting?

Yes. Since March 16, 2026, non-domiciled CDLs are limited to drivers in H-2A, H-2B or E-2 status, and English proficiency is enforced at roadside inspections. Our application screening asks the questions that matter so you don't spend orientation time on a driver you can't dispatch. Read our breakdown of the rules.
